My interest involve connecting people with their food. Developing a connection with our food sources at a young age will help develop a respect for those producing our food. Through this relationship we can preserve and develop methods for farming and production which serve all.

Research Interests

I am always asking the question why and am fascinated at the relationship between people and their food. Looking at a cause and effect scenario is always interesting.
