Paul brings with him over 35 years of culinary and food service experience. He has a passion and unending curiosity for food and all things food related.
Paul attended George Brown College in Toronto and attained his Red Seal Trade Certification in Ontario. In 2006 he achieved his Certified Chef de Cuisine (CCC)offered by the Canadian Culinary Institute.
Before joining TRU Paul worked in various capacities in the food service industry. He has owned his own business, consulted with various restaurants, and worked for many years at Aramark Canada as Executive Chef and Food Service Director.
