When I am not at work, you can find me in my kitchen, where I love to try new recipes, out running with my friends, or spending time with my family.

Research Interests

How beginning early childhood educators are inducted into the field of early childhood education;

The mentoring relationship between educators and early childhood education students;

Leadership in the early childhood education field;

Team development in early childhood education;

Fostering relationships between educators and families;

Documentation of children's learning; and

Resilience.
