In general my research examines the dynamic relationships found at the interface of organizations, society, and the natural environment. The central focus of my research is toward understanding theory and behavior of leaders and organizations operating with complex issues such as Design & Innovation, Change, Sustainable Development & Corporate Social Responsibility, Values, and Ethics.
